Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support the Employee Benefits service team in Costa Mesa, CA. The role handles day-to-day account servicing, enrollment support, and administrative tasks while adhering to workflows and standards.

Responsibilities include processing service requests, coordinating with carriers, and assisting with renewals and implementations. Requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, benefits administration, or account management preferred.
• California Life & Health Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service activities and enrollment updates.
• Process service requests and document account activity in EPIC per standards.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Assist with renewal preparation, open enrollment, and client implementations.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate files for compliance and audits.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
