Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team in Michigan. The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers.

They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life license required.
• Strong organizational and initiative skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, premiums, commissions.
• Experience with Applied Systems / EPIC; Employee Navigator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts and process quotes, policies, endorsements, renewals.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies; assist in insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data and support claims processes.
• Maintain accurate client data in agency management systems.
• Document activities and utilize system interfaces effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to issue appropriate policies.
