Acrisure seeks an Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is the primary day‑to‑day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers, coordinating with Account Associates and Producers to ensure accurate insurance processing and superior customer experience.

This role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of employee benefits experience.
• Current Health and Life Insurance License.
• Willingness to pursue a professional designation.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall team operations, client coordination, and service delivery.
• Coach Account Associates and review workload to ensure targets.
• Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
• Ensure service standards are met and process improvements are implemented.
• Handle day-to-day client contact, troubleshoot issues, and guide decisions.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes, plus day-to-day client changes.
• Ensure timely pre-renewal information and market quotes are obtained.
• Document files to minimize E&O exposure and support audit readiness.
