Job summary

Acrisure, LLC is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Arizona to build and sustain client relationships, advise on benefits design, and manage enrollment cycles. The role emphasizes strategic consultation, data-driven decisions, and collaboration across internal teams to improve service delivery.

You will leverage technology to enhance client outcomes, pursue retention and growth targets, and help clients navigate vendor and carrier selections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
• Hold applicable Health and Life Insurance state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in account management or related role.
• Experience managing client relationships and achieving retention targets.
• Experience in remarking clients across multiple carriers and delivering proposals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and fostering strong relationships.
• Provide strategic recommendations and tailored data-driven solutions.
• Manage annual enrollment support throughout the client policy lifecycle.
• Maintain data in Agency Management System and related software.
• Drive retention and growth through proactive client engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance, vendors).
• Promote self-service enrollment tools and digital capabilities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand services within client accounts.
