Job summary

MetLife in Bloomington, MN, seeks a Client Service Consultant to join our Group Benefits team after a 4‑month training program. You’ll deliver admin support and client service to MetLife group insurance customers, partnering with brokers and internal teams to meet client needs.

You'll build expertise across MetLife Group Benefits offerings and operating systems, while strengthening service processes and relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of equivalent experience within the insurance space.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with flexible prioritization.
• Understanding of the U.S. economy and employee benefits industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete required MetLife training programs and graduate from the Service Academy Program.
• Partner with a mentor to learn MetLife products, services, and client relationships.
• Develop expertise in MetLife Group Benefits offerings, systems and service processes.
• Support customer accounts by collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while ensuring output accuracy.
