Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. employee benefits landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools.
• Self-motivated with a desire for ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Complete required MetLife training programs and graduate from the Service Academy.
• Work with a mentor to learn MetLife products, services, and client relationships.
• Develop expertise in MetLife Group Benefits offerings, systems, and processes.
• Strengthen core competencies in customer service, project management, relationship management, and problem-solving.
• Support customer accounts by collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to business operations through audits, planning, reporting, and trend analysis, using AI tools to improve efficiency.
