Job summary

MetLife’s Group Benefits team is hiring a Client Service Consultant to drive client outcomes by managing requests, leading projects, and offering consultative plan-design options. You will coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to deliver trusted solutions and strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years relevant business experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use approved AI tools to support routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for client requests and liaise between clients and internal MetLife teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Lead and participate in client- and internal-facing presentations and strategy discussions.
• Establish processes, review documents, complete broker agreements, and ensure data input accuracy.
• Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives to support successful outcomes.
