Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to service needs of insureds.
• Provide clerical and technical support to Producers to benefit clients and meet goals.
• Assist producer in adding coverages to existing accounts.
• Produce quote requests, spreadsheets, and related items with accuracy.
• Maintain renewals controls for timely preparation and processing.
• Prepare summaries of insurance and proposals for account review.
• Remarket renewals and coordinate renewal activities with producer.
• Refer clients to other departments as needed.
