Job summary

HUB International in Chicago is seeking an Account Coordinator to deliver professional, courteous service to customers, producers and company personnel. You will support account management, renewals and proposals with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related experience.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of insureds.
• Provide clerical and technical support to Producers to benefit clients.
• Assist producer in adding coverages to existing accounts.
• Produce quote requests, spreadsheets and related items with accuracy.
• Maintain controls on renewals to ensure timely preparation and processing.
• Prepare summaries of insurance and proposals for account review.
• Remarket renewals, coordinate renewal activities with the producer.
• Maintain required client filing and adhere to agency procedures.
