Kapnick Insurance is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager for a large-group portfolio. You will manage client relationships, guide decision-making on fully insured and self-funded plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (four-year college or technical school).
• Preferred 3–5 years' experience in group benefits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and video conferencing.
• Life & Health License required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with large group clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Guide clients through complex benefit plans, including fully insured and self-funded arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver process-driven results and streamlined solutions.
• Provide proactive, customer-focused support that exceeds expectations.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate renewal processes.
