Kapnick Insurance Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager for a large-group portfolio. You will lead onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service, while collaborating with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will manage benefits strategies, ensure service excellence, and maintain a focus on relationship-building, problem solving, and proactive support to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years' experience in group benefits.
• Life & Health license required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage large group client relationships from onboarding through renewal.
• Guide clients through benefit plans including fully insured and self-funded arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to deliver onboarding, renewals, and proactive service.
• Lead client meetings and provide proactive, solution-oriented support.
