Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Agency Management Systems.

• Manage and nurture relationships with large group clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment processes and carrier communications.
• Lead client meetings and ensure timely renewal updates.
• Provide proactive client support and problem-solving.
