Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years' experience in group benefits.
• Life & Health License required.
• Willingness to travel to industry meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with large group clients.
• Guide clients through complex employee benefit plans and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service excellence and Open Enrollment support.
• Provide proactive client-focused support and issue resolution.
• Prepare client-specific updates and renewal documentation.
• Lead client meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
