The role focuses on delivering comprehensive benefit strategies from implementation through renewal, building strong client relationships and collaborating with carriers and internal partners.

You will guide clients through fully insured and self-funded plans, manage renewals, and provide proactive, service-driven support aligned with Kapnick's dinner table service philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; 3–5 years group benefits experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills essential.
• Ability to guide clients through complex benefit decisions and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with large group clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead new client implementations, renewals, and benefit changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to deliver timely, accurate service.
