Job summary

Kapnick Insurance Group seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager for large group clients. You will oversee from implementation through renewal, partnering with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and proactive service that aligns with Kapnick’s signature “dinner table” experience.

You will manage open enrollment, renewals, and ongoing service, building strong client relationships and guiding complex benefit decisions with attention to detail and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' experience in group benefits preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with large group clients and carriers.
• Lead client onboarding, renewals, and benefit changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service.
