Job summary

HUB International in Newport Beach is seeking an Account Manager to support clients with health and welfare programs, oversee day-to-day account service, and advocate for client needs with carriers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with Producers to tailor benefit strategies, present renewal data, and drive accurate data handling across systems, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of benefit insurance related experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Life & Health License or willingness to obtain with 3 months

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the account-service process.
• Works closely with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Analyzes and compares insurance plans for client objectives.
• Maintains strong client relationships with clients and carriers.
• Serves as day-to-day contact for eligibility, claims, billing and benefit administration.
• Ensures accurate data and updates across HUB systems.
