Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. The role will manage a portfolio of health and welfare benefit accounts and act as a trusted resource on health and welfare benefits in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

This remote position offers a compensation range of $104,000–$110,240 annually. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of health and welfare benefits experience and a Life, Accident and Health license, plus

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of health and welfare benefits experience.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Client-facing experience in employee benefits is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on health and welfare benefits.
• Manage a personal book of business valued at $500,000 to $1,000,000+.
• Support team leaders and account executives as needed.
• Proactively address client service issues and inquiries.
• Identify improvements for client service and team processes.
• Develop project plans to achieve service goals.
• Prepare renewal documentation and client presentations.

The position combines client service, renewal support, and day-to-day account management in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with account executives and team leaders to improve service delivery, resolve client issues, and strengthen internal processes. Location: Remote Compensation: $104,000 – $110,240 annually
