Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years Employee Benefit insurance experience or equivalent required.
• State Life and Health Insurance License or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and prospect for new business.
• Identify opportunities and cross-sell additional products.
• Meet and exceed sales goals via account rounding and new business.
• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate terms with carriers.
• Collaborate with Client Advisor to acquire and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
