Responsibilities

• Greets patients/residents and verifies demographics to register and schedule.
• Creates electronic files; provides, scans, and routes necessary forms and documents.
• Collects co-payments, pre-payments, and/or payments on account balances.
• May coordinate registration/work queue issues and scheduling duties as assigned.
