Job summary

TopRx, a Memphis-based leader in generic pharmaceutical distribution since 1987, seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice for independent pharmacy partners. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide order support, and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and efficiency.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, relationship building, and teamwork, with a schedule from 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday half-day shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support.
• Use our software to place and manage orders by phone and online.
• Reach out proactively to provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues.
• Solve problems efficiently with a helpful attitude and accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training.
