Job summary

TopRx is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Memphis-area team. You will be the friendly voice for independent pharmacy partners, handling orders, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction with empathy and efficiency.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, use our order software, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues. The schedule is 10 am–7 pm Monday through Friday, with a rotating half-day Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or customer service setting preferred.
• Strong listening and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls from independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support.
• Use our software to place and manage orders by phone and online.
• Proactively provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training.
