Associated Pharmacies, Inc. (API) seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support independent pharmacies nationwide. You will handle orders, shipments, and account issues, collaborating with Warehouse, IT, Returns, and Accounting teams to keep operations smooth.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and thorough documentation, with on-site, daytime hours Monday to Friday. Training is provided on API systems.

Formación

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to independent pharmacies via phone, email, and live chat.
• Monitor orders and support processing through fulfillment to ensure timely release to warehouse.
• Investigate and resolve order and fulfillment issues, including delays and missing items.
• Review tracking information and open cases with carriers when needed.
• Troubleshoot website ordering and account-access issues and escalate as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer and operational issues.
• Guide customers through workflows and collaborate with Returns for additional assistance.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Monitor daily reports and proactively address potential issues.
• Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution.
