Legal & General is seeking a Bereavements specialist to support our Bereavements team in Cardiff. This full-time hybrid role involves speaking with customers or loved ones when a claim arises, delivering empathetic service and accurate administration.

You will handle calls, understand needs, record information, and manage your own caseload, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure positive outcomes and compliant processes.
