Aston Carter is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for a large tech company. This fully remote contract role supports a centralized bereavement program, guiding employees on leave policies and handling cases across channels.

Work involves empathetic real-time support, adherence to policies, and collaboration with HR partners, with a schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays. Based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of human resources experience.
• Experience working with HR processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Strong communication skills to convey policy information clearly and empathetically.
• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple cases and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide empathetic, real-time support to employees on bereavement policy and time off.
• Guide employees through bereavement policies with clarity and respect.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, tickets, and cases through support queues.
• Assess each case and adjust the plan as needs evolve.
• De-escalate sensitive situations while prioritizing employee experience.
• Manage workload to meet productivity goals and escalate gaps when needed.
• Communicate updates to employees and stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate system records for cases and interactions.
• Collaborate with HR teams to provide coordinated support.
