In this contract role based from Las Vegas, NV, you will manage sensitive cases, document interactions, and collaborate with HR partners to provide consistent, compassionate service to a nationwide workforce.

Qualifications

• 1 year HR experience required.
• Experience with HR processes and HR information systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, real-time support on bereavement policy and time off.
• Guide employees through bereavement policies with clarity and respect.
• Manage cases via calls, chats, tickets, and case queues.
• Assess cases and adjust plans as needs evolve.
• Respond to sensitive situations prioritizing employee experience.
• Manage workload to meet productivity goals and handle gaps.
• Provide regular updates to employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure SOPs and regulations compliance.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR partners to provide coordinated support.
