Job summary

Quadrant, Inc. is seeking a Junior UI/UX Specialist to design user-friendly web and mobile experiences and to support UAT in an Agile environment.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and research outputs aligned to Section 508 and responsive design. The position is onsite in Washington, DC, with collaboration across product managers, developers, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
CI Polygraph recent or current.
5 years of professional UI/UX experience.
1–3 years of UI/UX design for web or mobile.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Design UI/UX deliverables for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
Develop presentations, graphics, training materials, and other visual content.
Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design decisions.
Support UAT activities.
Ensure Section 508 accessibility and responsive design requirements.
Maintain design documentation and user journeys.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, government stakeholders, and other teams.
Support Agile development and participate in Agile meetings.
Support working groups and stakeholder sessions.
