Quadrant, Inc. is seeking an experienced UI/UX Specialist in Washington, DC, onsite. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and 5 years of UI/UX experience for web or mobile apps. Proficiency with wireframes, prototypes, and tools like Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch is essential.

The designer will create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and visual content, conduct user research, and support UAT while adhering to accessibility and responsive design standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• 5 years of professional UI/UX experience.
• 1–3 years of UI/UX design for web or mobile apps.
• Experience with wireframes, mockups, prototypes and user flows.
• Familiar with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows and prototypes.
• Create presentations, graphics, training materials, docs and visuals.
• Conduct user research and apply feedback to designs.
• Support UAT and ensure accessibility and responsive design.
