Job summary

Quadrant, Inc. is seeking a Junior UI/UX Specialist to design user-friendly web and mobile experiences and to support UAT in an Agile environment.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and research outputs aligned to Section 508 and responsive design. The position is onsite in Washington, DC, with collaboration across product managers, developers, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• CI Polygraph recent or current.
• 5 years of professional UI/UX experience.
• 1–3 years of UI/UX design for web or mobile.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Knowledge of user-centered design, user research, information architecture, usability testing, and responsive design
• Experience creating professional presentations, graphics, and visual communication materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders
• DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
