Quadrant, Inc. is seeking an experienced UI/UX Specialist in Washington, DC, onsite. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and 5 years of UI/UX experience for web or mobile apps. Proficiency with wireframes, prototypes, and tools like Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch is essential.

The designer will create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and visual content, conduct user research, and support UAT while adhering to accessibility and responsive design standards.

Qualifications

User Interface / User Experience (UI/UX) Specialist
Washington, DC (onsite)
Pay From: $100,000 per year

MUST:
Active TS/SCI clearance
CI Polygraph recent or current
Experienced UI/UX professional
5 years of professional experience
1-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience for web or mobile applications
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Knowledge of user-centered design, user research, information architecture, usability testing, and responsive design
Experience creating professional presentations, graphics, and visual communication materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders
DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government experience
Preferred experience with government design systems or secure development environments
Preferred experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, design reviews, or working groups
Preferred experience with design handoffs and working with software development teams
Preferred experience creating multimedia content, animations, or video
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX Design, Visual Communications, or related field

DUTIES:
Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes
Create presentations, graphics, training materials, documentation, and other visual content
Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into designs
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Ensure designs meet Section 508 accessibility and responsive design requirements
Maintain design documentation and user journeys
Work with product managers, developers, government stakeholders, and other teams
Support Agile development and participate in Agile meetings
Support working groups and stakeholder sessions
