The ideal candidate has 5+ years in UI/UX and frontend, deep React/TypeScript experience, familiarity with HTML5/CSS3, and design tool proficiency (Figma/Adobe XD), plus an active Top Secret clearance and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong React/TypeScript and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Deep understanding of 508 accessibility standards and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows aligned to user needs.
• Create and maintain style guides, pattern libraries, and reusable design artifacts."
• Conduct user research, collect feedback, and refine design decisions.
• Ensure 508 accessibility and FBI design standards are met in UI.
• Build responsive interfaces with modern frontend frameworks (React, TS).
• Collaborate with backend teams to align UI with API capabilities.
• Support usability testing and provide design-driven recommendations.
