Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management or financial management with 2 years' supervisory experience or 4 years' equivalent management experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and employee development capabilities are required.
• Walmart-specific policies, ethics, and Open Door guidance must be understood and applied.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train across store operations to prepare for Store Manager opportunities.
• Assist in managing store financial performance including budgeting and expenditures.
• Monitor sales, profits, staffing plans, and customer experience across the store.
• Lead and coach hourly associates and managers, ensuring policy compliance and performance feedback.
• Support community engagement and relationships with key stakeholders.
