Walmart in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Emerging Store Manager (ESM) to train and develop across store operations, including merchandising, people leadership, financial management, and customer experience. The assignment is developmental and designed to prepare for Store Manager opportunities within 12–18 months, with mobility within the region for placement.

Associates will build skills in budgeting, staffing, and community engagement, while aligning with Walmart policies and Open Door

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, retail management, or financial management.
• 2 years’ minimum management experience in retail, operations, or distribution with supervision duties.
• Ability to relocate within assigned region for Store Manager placement.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
