The ESM will train across merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement, with a program lasting up to 12–18 months and mobility within the region for future placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or business administration or financial management with 2 years of managerial experience OR 4 years of management experience in retail/operations.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors, managing workloads, and hiring/promotions.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop across store operations including merchandising and customer experience.
• Lead and guide hourly associates and managers, monitor staffing plans and performance.
• Assist in managing store financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
