Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management or related field with 2 years' management experience in a retail, operations or distribution environment.
• Option 2: 4 years' management experience in a retail, operations or distribution environment with financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare associates for Store Manager opportunities by training across store operations, merchandising, people leadership, and financial management.
• Assist in managing the store's financial performance by learning to authorize and manage expenditures against budget and forecast sales and profits.
• Develop staffing plans, talent pipelines, and succession processes to meet business goals.
• Lead community outreach programs and act as a company representative to key stakeholders.
• Uphold policies and provide guidance to associates to ensure customer service excellence and compliant operations.
