CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role in a 16‑week, self-paced, collaborative training track. The program offers virtual and hands‑on experiences, with mentors including a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

We expect dedicated individuals who communicate well, deliver strong customer care, and drive merchandising and inventory effectiveness to grow store profitability.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication to support and lead your team.
• Experience performing customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Experience executing merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program and apply learnings.
• Engage with district leaders, HR partners, store managers, and coaches for growth.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations, promotions, and leadership activities.
