CVS Health is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on training guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Store Manager coach and Training Store Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer care, and merchandising to drive store profitability. Successful SMIT candidates actively engage with leaders, transfer within designated markets, and are prepared for promotion to store management based

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A four-year college degree is preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Engage with leadership experiences to progress toward promotion during the program.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication to guide the team.
• Be prepared for promotion to Store Manager in the designated market depending on performance and openings.
