CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from a district leader, HR partner and coaching store manager.

You will develop skills in customer care, merchandising, and store operations while supporting your store team and upskilling toward management promotion within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
