Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, invites you to join a 12‑month STEP rotational program in Kansas City. Participants gain hands‑on experience across warehousing, sales, projects and quotations, and digital commerce while developing leadership and business acumen.

The program runs from June 2027 and includes mentorship, on‑the‑job training, and placements across site and corporate operations to accelerate a career in electrical distribution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsabilidades

• Rotational program throughout Echo Electric and Sonepar operations.
• Exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, and E‑Commerce.
• Opportunities to present to Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives.
