Job summary

Walmart Connect is seeking a Partner Manager, Emerging Sales to grow a portfolio of emerging advertiser partnerships within Walmart’s retail media ecosystem. You will drive advertising revenue, develop full-funnel media strategies, and translate business objectives into actionable plans, while owning day-to-day client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will build strategic campaigns, collaborate across teams to optimize performance, and manage pipelines with a focus on revenue

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor in business/marketing with 2 years in related area.
• Option 2: 4 years in engineering/IT/business with sales exposure.
• Preferred: cross-functional leadership and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of emerging advertiser accounts.
• Build full-funnel retail media strategies aligned to client goals.
• Serve as primary client contact for strategy, performance and relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaigns and scale practices.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and quota attainment with rigor.
