Job summary

Walmart Connect is seeking a Partner Manager, Emerging Sales to grow a portfolio of early-stage advertiser partnerships and drive revenue through full-funnel retail media strategies. You will own day-to-day client relationships, translate objectives into media plans, and collaborate across teams to scale campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a track record of exceeding sales quotas, experience with self-serve platforms, DSPs or APIs, and strong negotiation and communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in business, marketing or sales (Option 1).
• 4+ years experience in engineering, IT, business, marketing or sales (Option 2).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of emerging advertiser partnerships.
• Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned to client goals.
• Serve as primary client contact for strategy, performance and relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment with operational rigor.
