Walmart Connect is seeking a Partner Manager, Emerging Sales to grow a portfolio of emerging advertiser partnerships within Walmart Connect. You will own day-to-day client relationships, translate business objectives into actionable media plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on driving advertising revenue, developing full-funnel media strategies, and helping brands scale within Walmart’s retail media ecosystem, with emphasis on relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing and sales, or related area.
• 4 years' experience in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of emerging advertiser accounts, driving revenue, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
• Build full-funnel retail media strategies aligned to client goals, translating performance insights into clear recommendations.
• Serve as the primary client contact for campaign strategy, performance, and relationship management.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions, optimize campaigns, and remove executional barriers.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment with operational rigor while identifying opportunities to scale best practices.
