Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales and customer experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and develop Teammates, while delivering legendary service and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities include merchandising, store operations, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed, with a clear path from AIT to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and drive sales.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and shift needs.
• Lead visual merchandising and store operations to maintain brand standards.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team; step in as Store Manager in their absence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Loss Prevention practices and uphold Buckle’s Code of Ethics.
