The position advances from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties as needed. You will train Teammates, recruit staff, manage customer service, and ensure execution of Buckle standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience is a plus.
