Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive a superior shopping experience in our Orlando store. You will lead sales and guest service, mentor teammates, and ensure merchandise is presented to Buckle standards.

You will progress from AIT to Assistant Manager, training teammates, coordinating recruitments, and maintaining operational excellence with strong showmanship and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within district.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure adherence to standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing and loss prevention practices.
• Support Store Manager and lead in the absence of the Manager.
