Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year food service leadership preferred.
Ability to obtain required food handling certification.
Strong leadership and customer service skills with effective communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lead daily fresh food service operations while meeting health and safety standards.
Drive sales by managing programs, controlling costs, and merchandising.
Own inventory management and vendor relationships with accurate orders.
