Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service leadership experience.
• Successfully obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing team members and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Business mindset with the ability to leverage restaurant reports to identify opportunities and drive positive change.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage customers and coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health standards and safety.
• Drive sales growth by managing food programs, controlling costs, and merchandising strategies.
