7-Eleven is seeking an emerging leader to take the next step in In-Store Quick Serve Restaurant operations. You will lead daily fresh food service, ensure health standards, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and oversee scheduling and safety. Strong communication and leadership, plus experience in food service, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service leadership experience.
• Locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing team members and delivering customer service.
• Business mindset with ability to leverage P&L statements and restaurant reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage customers and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health standards and safety.
• Drive sales growth and profitability by managing food programs and controlling costs.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships for top-selling items and accurate orders.
• Build and develop a top-performing team through recruiting and coaching.
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance to ensure excellence.
• Create and manage schedules and respond to safety incidents or challenges.
