Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service leadership.
• Locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams and delivering customer service.
• Ability to read P&L statements and restaurant reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage customers and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems; able to stand and lift.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health standards, policies, and safety regulations.
• Drive sales growth and profitability by managing food programs, analyzing data, controlling costs, and merchandising.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships to ensure in-stock efficiency and accurate orders.
• Build and develop a top-performing team through coaching and recognition.
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance for consistent excellence.
• Create and manage work schedules, provide coverage, and respond to safety incidents.
