Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an emergent leader to oversee in-store Quick Serve operations, ensuring high-quality food service and customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive sales, manage inventory, and develop a capable team through hands-on coaching and strategic scheduling, while maintaining health and safety standards and strong vendor partnerships. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year of food service, QSR, or casual fast food leadership experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams and delivering customer service.
• Ability to analyze P&L statements and restaurant reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of coaching and engaging with vendors and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
