Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service, QSR, or casual fast food leadership experience
• Safe food handling certification (local requirements)
• Proven leadership with track record of developing team members and delivering customer service
• Ability to use P&L statements and restaurant reports to identify opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage customers and coach employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations and ensure health, safety, and policy compliance
• Drive sales growth and profitability through food programs and merchandising strategies
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships for top-selling items
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team and recognize achievements
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance
• Create and manage work schedules and respond to safety incidents or operational challenges
